Expired Movie Tickets

I was cleaning up and I found 8 Loew's movie tickets that are expired (from 2003). I also found one unused full-price ticket. I think my friend didn't show up for the movie that day and we had paid for an extra ticket. Total loss: $50.

Moral of the story: Keep track of all your movie tickets and use them before expiration. The same goes for gift cards and things with expiration dates.

You could try asking if they'd be willing to accept them (the coupons) because you lost them and just recently found them.

They like them because the redemption rate is under 100% and also because they get the cash now while providing the service later (present value of money)

I doubt they would take gift certificates that expired two years ago. If anyone wants to try, I'll send them to you.

Oh yeah, that Calfornian law. Do you think you guys can use these ticketse in California? I stil have 8 expired tickets. Otherwise I would just throw them away. I don't think most people are as nice as you Dave. They would look at the expiration date and laugh. C'mon 2 years!! I would make the biggest joke in the theater.
